An informative online event is organized by the Ministry of Education at 4 pm for students and parents, with the aim of informing them about the benefits of coronavirus vaccination at the ages of 12-17.
The event, which aims to shield students' health, is part of a "broader framework of government awareness, scientific information and encouragement of parents to vaccinate their children aged 12 and over, with the aim of fully shielding their health and through the living learning process ", as noted by the Ministry of Education. During the online briefing, Maria Theodoridou, Emeritus Professor of Pediatrics and President of the National Vaccination Committee, and Vana Papaevangelou, Professor of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, will answer questions from parents regarding the vaccination of their children.
